Grant approved for New Extension - December
2009
Sure Steps are pleased to announce that we have been successful in securing a grant
from the council along with planning permission for a new pre-school room. The new room is due to be completed in July 2010
and will allow all of our young explorers direct access to the newly remodelled gardens throughout the day. The grant also
extends to provding wheelchair access to the ground floor and the two year old room will now benefit from occupying the whole
of the first floor. A new large sensory room is also planned on the ground floor.
Ofsted Inspection - November 2009
Sure Steps underwent an Ofsted inspection in November 2009. The report stated that there were areas
of outstanding practice and we are delighted that overall the nursery received a "good".
